WARRANTY POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by paying 25% of the total booking amount.
THE RESERVATIONS FOR JULY AND AUGUST PERIOD PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL (100%) NO RESERVE ACT.
We accept the following payment methods:
-Payment by credit card.
-Payment by bank transfer. Confirmation of deposit required within 3 days of the date of booking.
The total amount of the reservation must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Quinta do Lago Country Club reserves the right to refuse entry if the total amount of the reservation is not paid within 14 days prior to arrival.
For bookings with check-in different from the arrival day (Sunday) and for booking periods longer than 7 nights, a change of apartment might be required.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATION POLICY
For bookings made less than 14 days before the date of arrival, payment of the total amount of the reservation must be made on the booking date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation after the booking has been confirmed the following cancellation fees are paid.
Cancellations less than 14 days of arrival date will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Cancellations more than 14 days of arrival date free of charge.
POLICY OF NON SHOW
The Quinta do Lago Country Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, unless the client informs the Quinta do Lago Country Club a new date of arrival within the original reservation dates .
No-show / no-show will be charged the full amount of the stay.
DEPOSIT
Regarding 150.00EUR suretyship it should be applied to all guests at check-in.

Regarding the security deposit of 150.00Eur, this must be requested from all guests at the time of check-in.
Loulé Municipal Tourist Tax
The Municipal Tourist Tax will be applied to all guests staying overnight in tourist establishments and local accommodation:
Amounts to be charged:
The tax amount is charged per person/night, upon check in or check out, in all tourist establishments and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person/stay, in accordance with the stipulated values:
- Low season - between November 1st and March 31st - €1 per night and per person up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights stay/person,
- High season - between April 1st and October 31st - €2 per night and per person up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights stay/person.
Exemptions
The following are exempt from paying the municipal tourist tax:
- guests under 16 years of age;
- Check in time 4:00 PM
- Check out time 10:00 AM
- Children age 3 - 10
- Pets not allowed
